Cancellation may be requested through support before license activation and before download access is used.
After activation
Refund eligibility for immediately delivered digital content is reviewed under explicit consent, usage, technical findings and applicable consumer law.
Payment costs
Bank or crypto-network transaction fees cannot be refunded by CruzeMedya. Approved refunds are processed through the original method where possible.
